SHIPPING POLICY
Our team puts in dedicated effort to expedite the shipping of your items. Clearance and footwear products are readily available, shipping either the same day or the following day.
However, please note that jerseys not currently in stock require 2-3 weeks for creation and shipment. We kindly ask for your patience as global circumstances have led to extended shipping times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Footyland, we offer new football products at affordable prices. Please be aware that all the products we sell are provided 'as is' and do not come with any guarantees or warranties.
Only the jerseys we currently have in stock are eligible for exchanges, and we do not offer refunds. To initiate an exchange, the jersey must still have its original tags attached and be returned to our establishment.
Items that need to be created before shipment are considered final sales. Once these items have been shipped and have left our facility, we no longer assume responsibility. Any issues related to missing items will need to be addressed with the respective shipping provider, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
